Jordan has over 15 years of experience in leadership positions in software and technology companies, with expertise in consultative sales, customer success, and customer experience. Over that same time period, Jordan's passion developed for real estate and property improvement. Having completed renovations and improvements across multiple properties, working with professionals, family members, as well as doing a lot of work himself. Through this experience, he realized that there is an unmet market need; a partner for your home improvement projects who is not only trustworthy and does great work, but provides a great customer experience throughout the process.
Jordan lives in Portland Maine with his wife Kate and two young children. Being outdoors, in any season, is what we love to do. Born and raised up north in the White Mountains, Jordan loves to ski and can't wait to get the kids on sticks this year.

Kate first developed her love of wrangling details and people as a choreographer, and then working as an EA/PA for various technology entrepreneurs. Combining their love of customer experience and home renovation/repair into a family business; Kate is thrilled to be helping customers and keeping things running smoothly. When not at Ace, Kate can be found practicing yoga or outdoors with Jordan and their two kids.

Kaitlan is our York County Office Manager. She has 10+ years of banking background and she has developed a strong set of skills with a proven track record of success. She is great with delegating problems and finding solutions. Her goal with Ace is to ensure growth and top-notch customer service. What makes her passionate about her job is seeing Maine housing staying preserved while making sure our clients can share their homes with their loved ones with no issues or hazards. She loves working with people in the community and in her spare time she is with her 3 children and 2 dogs at home. She loves exploring the many different beautiful areas here in Maine.

As a Lead Craftsman he has extensive experience in all aspects of the trades, has been building and renovating homes since he was 13.
