As a father-daughter team, they cherish family, friends, and community involvement. Through their own experiences, they recognized a genuine need for a professional handyman service that is dependable, honest, and committed to quality craftsmanship for both residents and business owners. When not busy, Dave and Shaina spend a significant time devoting their time to charity and teaching. Dave loves to surf and owns ACE Hardware in River Edge, while Shaina enjoys stand-up paddleboarding and pickleball

David enjoys the challenge of finding a niche category that can do things better. He thrives on innovation and opportunity. David also is an accomplished certified fitness coach.

Shaina Palmer is the Lead ACE Handyman office manager and co-Owner of ACE Handyman Services of Bergen County. Growing up in the industry, she has a deep-rooted passion and expertise in her field. Shaina is licensed in cosmetology and Benjamin Moore Color Science, making her a highly sought-after Color Consultant and designer.
Beyond her professional achievements, Shaina shares her life with three beloved cats: Piggy, Chicken, and Moo. Piggy, the mascot of AHS, proudly graces the company’s trucks. An avid traveler, Shaina also dedicates much of her time to charitable causes. She enjoys spending time at the beach, staying active at the gym, and playing pickleball. As the 4th Generation heiress of the Palmer Family owned companies, Shaina continues to uphold and advance the family legacy.

Julia spent over 25 years on Wall Street before channeling her passion for furniture restoration. Her knack for innovation and dedication to small, family-owned enterprises led her to help launch Ace Handyman Services of Bergen County. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Julia excels in display and merchandising, and shines at ACE Handyman Services group events. Her commitment to excellence, self-motivation and friendly demeanor makes her an invaluable team member. Outside of work, Julia treasures family traditions, enjoys cooking, music and finds joy in sunsets, fishing, and boating with loved ones.
